Ooops! Forgot to water…

Jenny writes: Well I forgot to check the water level in the carrot tops growing on the windowsill and they’ve completely shrivelled up now – poor things!

Rain showers have started this afternoon but I’ll still have to water a few pots this evening . I have a large bamboo (a lovely nigra) which is pretty thirsty and a container with a rose, clematis and lavender all sharing limited space, so they always need some. And that pansy pot in the porch at the front door – which always gets forgotten until you open the front door to someone …aaargh!

Anyone else teetering on the edge of garden disaster?
